
Return & Refund Policy
​No returns will be accepted for any product past 14 days of the delivery date of the
order.
Contact must be made with us prior to any return being accepted.
Once a firearm is inspected and taken away from the receiving dealer’s place of
business, Southern Legacy Precision LLC considers the firearm accepted by the buyer and the
transaction final. At this point, a return will not be accepted for any reason.
If an order is delivered damaged or destroyed, or the item is not what was ordered, it is
the buyer’s responsibility to contact Southern Legacy Precision LLC within 3 days. Southern Legacy Precision LLC will
issue a return label to the receiving dealer. Once the returned merchandise is received
and inspected, either a full refund will be issued, or a replacement will be sent.
If a buyer is denied on their 4473 background check, Southern Legacy Precision LLC will issue a return
label to the receiving dealer. Once the returned merchandise is received and inspected,
a refund will be issued, less our shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee. We will not
reimburse any transfer fees paid or owed to the receiving dealer.
Please be sure you are willing to commit to the purchase before placing the order. Once
the order is placed, we will begin processing and packaging your firearm. If the order is
cancelled before it is shipped, a 15% (or minimum $25) restocking fee will be assessed.
Once it ships, the order cannot be cancelled.
Refund Options

We offer several methods of compensation for a returned item if the product is undamaged and the package is in proper condition:

Replacement - We will replace the item with another one of better quality, different size, or color.
Money refund - We will return the cost of the item you spent to purchase.
Gift card - We will give a Gift card equal to the cost of the item (or larger) to be used on our Site with another purchase.
Although you are free to choose preferred compensation, we reserve the right to change the list of available compensation options depending on the items returned, customer location, banking peculiarities, or other reasons creating difficulties or inconveniences whether for Southern Legacy Precision LLC or for customers.

How to Return a Purchased Item
​
Email us at Sales@southernlegacyprecision.com with your order number, the product you are returning, the reason for the return, and if you are waiting for a refund or an exchange. If you do not mention your order number, we won’t be able to process your return. Repackage the item in the original box and packaging. Take your parcel to any Post Office and obtain proof of postage for the tracking number – this will speed up the process and will legitimize that your parcel is on its way back to us. The shipping cost for the returned items is paid by you. We will compensate the shipping charges in case of returning damaged, faulty, or incorrect items.

What Happens Next:

We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve received your return in its original condition and processed your return.
A returned item will be inspected upon arrival. If the condition an item has been returned in is inappropriate (e.g. tags have been removed or there are signs of wear) and we’re unable to put it back into stock, we may not be able to accept your return and we may have to send it back to you. If the condition of a returned item is appropriate, you will receive compensation within 10 business days depending on the payment method you used for purchasing the returned item. If you paid by credit/debit card, we will refund the balance of your credit/debit card. If you use a Gift card to purchase the returned item, we will refund the paid money to the balance of the credit/debit card and will provide you with a new Gift card as, due to our internal rules, any Gift card can’t be used twice or more time.

Returning a Damaged or Faulty Item

We are sorry that you received a damaged or faulty item. Please return this item to us as soon as possible so that we could process the refund. If you’re unable to return the item, please contact our Sales Team at sales@southernlegacy.com. Please bear in mind that all items are inspected on return.

Warranty on Used Firearms:
Firearms are manually function
checked and inspected, only.
All pre-owned firearms or other used merchandise are sold as-is, where is. No
warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are made with respect to
pre-owned firearms or related merchandise. We strongly recommend consulting the
manufacturer of the desired, pre-owned, firearm to determine their warranty policies
before making a purchase.
All used firearms should be checked and certified by a competent and licensed
gunsmith prior to being used by the buyer.
Many used firearms do not come with user manuals.
Warranty on New Firearms:
All new firearms come with a factory warranty. All warranty issues relating to new
product should be address to the manufacturer of the product.
Images and Descriptions:
All product images on the site are images of the actual product being offered for sale,
unless otherwise stated in writing.
We try our best to post accurate item descriptions. If an error is made in regard to price
or description, Southern Legacy Precision LLC reserves the right to cancel the order with a full refund
being issued to the customer.
A used firearm will only be shipped with items either pictured with the firearm or listed in
the description. If a magazine or factory box is not shown with the firearm in a picture, or
mentioned in the product description, then the buyer should not assume it is included.
