You must be 18 to purchase rifles or shotguns and 21 to purchase handguns, actions or receivers. All firearms must ship to Southern Legacy Precision and cannot be changed or cancelled after they are placed. If your order contains a handgun which ships from Southern Legacy Precision LLC, the handgun, and any additional firearms shipping from Southern Legacy Precision LLC on the same order, must ship Second Day Air. If your order does not contain a handgun which ships from Southern Legacy Precision, any shotguns, rifles, actions or receivers shipping from Southern Legacy Precison will ship via UPS Ground. Shipping charges for firearms are calculated separately from other products on your order and will incur a separate Per Order charge. Due to Federal regulations, guns are not returnable. Please inspect your gun thoroughly before transfer. If the gun received at Southern Legacy Precision is incorrect or damaged in shipment, do not take possession of the gun and please contact us at Sale@southernlegacyprecision.com. After transfer, any warranty or repair work must be coordinated directly with the gun manufacturer. Firearms refused by Southern Legacy Precision or which cannot be transferred due to a failed background check will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. By ordering this firearm, you certify you are the actual transferee/buyer of the firearm, are of legal age and satisfy all Federal, State and local legal/regulatory requirements to purchase this firearm.
